We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in northern California. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care to individuals and families of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions.
Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury.
Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting.
Explain procedures, discuss test results, and detail prescribed treatments with patients.
Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record.
Oversee and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care.
Stay informed about current medical practices and advancements.
Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information.
